Terms of Service

Orders submitted are to be picked up and paid for, even if you forget to pick up your order unless other arrangements are made with Yelm Fresh.

We inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. In the event a product gets damaged during packing, we will provide a store credit to the customer, provided that the damaged goods are returned.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality products, and why we require our food producers to deliver quality products. The customer understands that since our farmers do not use pesticides or herbicides, fruits and vegetables may not always look "perfect".

Glass bottle/jar return policy. Please return them completely clean and dry to receive your deposit back.  Using glass jars and bottles are our commitment to reducing plastic though they require labor and time.  Throwing away plastic containers is easier, but not better for all of us. Thank you for doing your part.
